Access to higher education is our children’s path to the American Dream, and those who know my personal story know what a difference it made in my life. I will always fight to protect our investment in education because the prosperity of our entire community depends on it. We have some of the best K-12 schools and public colleges in the nation, but because of cuts supported by my opponent, our public schools are overcrowded and unrenovated and there is too little room for Virginia students in our universities.

Greg will be a champion for education in Richmond.  He will hold the line on cuts and work to ensure funding gets to the classroom where it is needed. And because he knows how important higher education can be, he will introduce a GI Bill for Virginia that will provide all veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan with free tuition to Virginia’s colleges and universities.
