Congratulations to Creigh and Jody



Congratulations to my good friends, Creigh Deeds and Jody Wagner on their victories in the Democratic primary for Governor and Lt. Governor.  I am honored and excited to be on the same ticket with them and our nominee for Attorney General Steve Shannon heading into November.

My deep thanks to Brian Moran, Terry McCauliffe and Mike Signer for their courage and hard work.  I know that they are committed to continued progress here in Virginia.  Their campaigns improved our chances this November.  The praise belongs to those who enter the arena, no matter what the outcome.

And thanks to the voters in Fairfax County who braved the lightning, thunder and hail to vote in the Democratic Primary.

Bottom line— We can do better here in Fairfax County.  With my fellow candidates, I look forward to a spirited, idea-driven campaign to bring real change to our community.
